Who we are

This website, www.theedge.mu, presents THE EDGE, an office development in Valentina, Mauritius. It is a KNOWHOUSE project. KNOWHOUSE (Rue Courson, Curepipe, Mauritius, info@knowhouse.mu) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: your name, e-mail address and message, so that we can answer your enquiry.
• Newsletter form: your e-mail address, so that we can send you company news.

We use this data only to reply to you and to keep you informed about THE EDGE, and we keep it for as long as needed for that purpose. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

• Crealys Digital (Orbit) hosts this website's content management and receives the form submissions on our behalf.
• Cloudflare delivers the website and protects the forms against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). It may set a technical cookie such as cf_clearance.
• Google (Google Analytics, through the Google tag) measures how visitors use the website: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Google sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for this. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Your rights

Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 (and the GDPR where it applies), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to info@knowhouse.mu. You may also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
